In just under 50 minutes, Nick covers technique issues for drummers from beginners to professionals. He discusses and demonstrates how to hold the sticks (matched grip), rolls (single, double, 3-stroke, 5-stroke, 6-stroke, etc.), fills incorporating the toms and bass drum, independence of the high hat foot against the rest of the limbs, as well as other informative technique topics. You also get footage of Nick performing a song on stage with Jam Pain Society, plus a short solo, and a song by Sexual Harris.
